Aluminum bonded heat sink

1. Bonded type heat sink have independent fins, which constructed from a base using exposy bonding.

2. Extruded or stamped sheet metal fin;  extruded or machined base with grooves to accept fins.

3. Groove is filled with thermally conductive adhesive to mechanically attach the fins to base.

4. Greater the ratio, more fins per inch; more fins, more performance; more conductive fins, better performance.

5. Finish: water clean, mill finish, anodize, coating.

6. The maximum size we can do to L1000mm* W1000mm*300mm.
